We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Hosting, analytics, email delivery, and mapping services that operate under confidentiality obligations
• Location broadcasts: When you activate the live location broadcast feature, your approximate position is visible to other Boatees within the selected radius
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Mapbox (mapping), Google (authentication), and email or infrastructure providers. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. Logbook data and trip records are retained for your ongoing use. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
